Bounderball Russian Twist Ball Banger
Video Description
Tie a rope or exercise tubing to one of the three bounderball handles. Lay supine over one ball, hold the rope or tubing with both hands and start by striking the ball on one side and rotating to the other. Hips up and roll through shoulders. Enjoy!
